In the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup Qualifier tournament in Zimbabwe, Scotland defeated Ireland by one wicket after a nerve-wracking encounter.
Two matches were played in Bulawayo on Wednesday in which Scotland defeated Ireland by one wicket while Oman defeated UAE by five wickets. Against Ireland, Scotland won the toss and decided to bowl first, after which Ireland scored 286 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted overs.
