Asia Cup, Pakistan's proposed hybrid model not accepted, Cricket Board of India

The Indian Cricket Board has once again opposed Pakistan's hybrid model for the Asia Cup. The Indian Cricket Board has said that it will not support the hybrid model proposed by Pakistan for the Asia Cup.

According to Indian media, Jay Shah informed the Indian Cricket Board's position in an informal meeting. The final decision regarding the hybrid model will be taken at the meeting of the Asian Cricket Council.

Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh have agreed to play matches in Pakistan. If the hybrid model is implemented, the Asia Cup group stage matches will be held in Pakistan.
